Hi FX..! Oh! I'm so sorry to learn that things are not that good for you lately.....hopes things get better soon..! Well, I'm looking for an house with an lower rent $$..but sadly so far without luck , and things are getting worst around here on my little island...less jobs every day...! I'm sorry you two are having such difficulties.........  Best wishes....
As for us........well, we have good news..........great news............changing news.......... 1. We found out that our son was accepted to his first choice college........a Private Aeronautical University.....In Arizona. 2. We also found out that due to his having exceptional grades.......he will get a $20,000.00 scholarship ($5,000.00) per year. 3. But we make just a little too much for financial aid............and the college costs.......$44,000 per year...... WE don't want to saddle him with student loans when he graduates and we don't want loans mounting up as we near retirement....... SO.......... 4. We have to sell this house that we just bought almost 2 years ago.....and move into our RV........ But at least we will be close to Son.........not half the United States away! So it looks like this upcoming fall.........we will be selling this house, putting everything we have into storage and driving our RV down to Arizona to stay ...........until we find out for sure that Son loves this college...........then maybe we can afford a smaller home...... We will be sort of winging it! Lucky for us most Campgrounds have wireless internet now........so I can still stay in touch with my friends and run my site! Anywho........THAT is what's going on here.........my back and hips are doing much better...........that is a good thing....... So I am counting my lucky stars!! I wish you both well.............ya know I WUVS YA! Stop by

Thats amazing Queeny , thats what I call real love for ones children Your son also sounds like a real good brain , you must be proud of him :) Im glad to hear your hip is better. My grandad ( 94 ) just got overun by a car while he was out doing his daily 20 km bicycle run. He just got operated in the thighbone whish broke , and the docs said that when they opened him they found tissues and muscles from a fifty year old :lol he is amazing. |

 Is the weather still warm in California........I'm
originally from there......up around the Bishop area......wish I had those temps now.......by Sunday.....we are to have temps.....down to MINUS 25.......wind
chills down to 50 BELOW ZERO! I wish we were already moved to
Arizona!!
FX, we are very proud of him........In order for him to qualify for this college.....he had to take several college level courses WHILE in high school, both in his Junior and Senior year......so we told him if he got the grades......we'd get him there! OF COURSE WITH THE TEMPS coming this weekend.......I will so look forward to moving!
I SEND YOUR GRANDAD my best wishes for a speedy recovery! He must have taken very good care of himself......... I'm just the opposite.....48 year old body......feels like 80! 
RENE.......I'm sorry things have not been good for you........are you ok?

Well. I moved just 3 street away ..so the house is almost like the clone of the old one.....1 of the differents is that at the new home the house it's the last one so it's on the street corner ...the last one was in the middle of 2 houses..! around here almost all the houses are maded of Concrete so been at a corner now means more fresh air..!

It's good to have ya back........don't see each other often enough.....but it's nice to know that you are "out" there..
So today we are just waiting for the danged Blizzard to hit...... We had 13 inches last Saturday and tonight through Friday night we are to get another 10 to 14 inches....... GEEEZ! I will never find my mailbox!!

A lot has happened. My mum is sick , and on tuesday shes going to the hospital .Started my new job , a lot to learn .Kids on summer holiday. So thats why Im not around so much. |
